How can smart greenhouses increase lighting?
The quality of lighting in the construction of a smart greenhouse directly affects the growth of vegetables in the greenhouse. When building a smart greenhouse, it is necessary to choose a good location. Usually, we should also do a good job in all aspects of lighting measures. The measures to increase the lighting of vegetables in the greenhouse mainly include the following points:
1. Reasonable matching and planting: When planting different types of vegetables in the greenhouse, they should be planted in a reasonable manner according to the principle of "high in the north and low in the south". When planting, the seeds face one direction, and when transplanting, the cotyledons are arranged in parallel, and strict cultivation specifications are required to allow the plants to grow neatly and minimize shading between plants. If the greenhouse area is large and the conditions are good, some tall and short vegetables can be planted indoors, interplanted, mixed and interplanted.
2. Choose non-drip film: At present, most of the plastic films sold on the market are ordinary films. Due to the high humidity in the shed, there are many water droplets attached to the film, which affects the penetration of sunlight. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a non-drip film. Membrane buckle shed.
3. Keep the shed film clean: The dust and dirt on the outer wall of the shed should be cleaned and scrubbed frequently. In snowy days, the snow on the shed surface should be cleaned in time to increase the transparent plastic film.
4. Double-layer insulation: Cover the greenhouse with plastic film or ground arch shed. According to the test, adding plastic film in the greenhouse can increase the ground temperature by 2°C; setting up a small arch shed can keep the temperature of the small arch shed above 10°C. Ensure the normal growth and development of vegetables in winter.
5. Set up cold-proof ditch: You can cover firewood around the plastic shed, and dig cold-proof ditch around it. The ditch is about 30 cm wide and 50 cm deep, and the ditch is filled with straw, rice husk and other materials. In this way, it is separated from the cold air and increases the temperature in the shed. Spreading horse manure, organic fertilizers and other brewing materials in the shed has a good effect on increasing the temperature of the soil and the near-surface layer.
6. Remove the cold-proof material in time: start to remove the cold-proof material when the sun shines on the greenhouse in the morning on a sunny day, and remove it at night on a cloudy and snowy day. At the same time, try to roll up the cold-proof materials as tightly as possible, so that the light surface in the shed can be expanded and the indoor temperature can be increased.
7. Vegetable farmers with conditions use supplementary lighting method: In cloudy or snowy weather, when the light intensity and time are insufficient, artificial light sources such as electric lights, gas lights or biogas can be used to supplement light to increase the photosynthetic efficiency of vegetables.
8. Wind barriers outside the shed: On the upwind side of the protection facilities outside the shed, use straw to clamp 1-2 layers of wind barriers, which can play a role in heat preservation.
